About

We create and produce Operations and Maintenance manuals for the Mechanical, Electrical, Voice, Data and Building Services markets. Usually handed over on completion, this important set of documents has undergone many changes in recent times, from the introduction of CDM regulations to the market-lead demand for CD-ROM or DVD based manuals. Our manuals are produced using desktop publishing software, which enables full colour publication to hard-copy paper output, with a hyperlinked PDF file created as the soft-copy. Our O&M Manuals can include manufacturers information, full detailed drawings, schematics and diagrams which will have been imported and re-worked into the system for ease of viewing. We publish our manuals to our secure web-share so that they are available for viewing during the construction phase of the project, enabling all parties to track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
